HTC Magic Users

Any HTC Magic/Dream users have you been able to do voice dialing through a BT device. Seeing as here in ontario the no using your phone while driving is coming into affect i would need to use voice dialing. However voice dialing is basically non exisistent on my phone (Magic). Has anyone else had any experience with this ? I tried a Jawbone (i borrowed from work) but it can only end or recieve calls but not initiate voice dialing.

I've tried to download applications developed to initiate voice calls. There are three things that are required to initiate a voice call in addition to a blue tooth hands free device. The phone needs to have voice recognition, the phone needs to have text to voice in order to be able to repeat best match, and further it needs accept a command that applies to the best match, such as dial, or try again etc. The HTC Magic has one of these tools, it can accept voice commands. It then requires touch or scroll wheel input to continue, useless! i tried using "Top VoiceControl" an application available through android market. It requires that you use TTS SErvice Extended, also an application available through android market. It works pretty much the same as the original software, it repeats back the best match, but it falls short of accepting further commands. You can change the settings so it will automatically dial the best match, but this will just end up in a lot of calls made to the incorrect persons.
