OEM's are anywhere from $115 (7 HP Edition) to $205 (Ultimate Edition)....DC seems to be the cheapest right now, obviously Retail will be considerably more $$$...

If you get a subscription to Microsoft TechNet Canada | IT Professionals | Downloads | Subscription, you get 10 retail keys of each windows 7 version (home, enterprise, ultimate) for only $349US which is practically $355CDN.

IIRC TMSAM10 still works for 25% off ;)
If not do a search for technet coupons
Well worth the price!

I think that all of the windows 7 are the same, it depends on the Key that you useI( buy) that will unlock the OS at least that is what I have heard from a few people testing it. I am still using one of the Betas, I have to say that this is the Best "Microsoft" OS that I have used. Even though I am a noob with Linux, I still like Linux more then any other OS because it is free.

Have u done this, where does it say u get 10 keys, are these retail copies that will update and function properly even after the 1 yr subscription runs out?

edit;http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...et-come-3.html

I'm Technet subscriber as well. The one year subscription entitles you to the Microsoft library of applications and operating systems. So you can also get licensed copies of Office or Server if you wish. When the one year is up you will not be able to download any software unless you of course renew the subscription. However you will always have access to your allotted activation keys. You are also still entitled to any subsequent updates, service packs, etc. A very good deal, imo, especially for those like myself who have multiple computers in the house.
