Default PADS PowerPCB 2.1
I don't suppose anybody has a copy of this kicking around? Or know where one can be 'obtained'.

OMFG, nevermind, they actually used PADS Perform v 6.0... A freaking DOS version. Turns out I can open the file in my outdated version of PowerPCB afterall.
