Can't boot x64 anymore!!!

I changed the motherboard and Windows detected a big change in hardward so it ask me to re-activate all my OS.
I have triple boot and did always work fine.
I re-activate xp PRO32 and VISTA64 but now I can even boot with xp PRO64. How can I fix that?

why the double 64bit OS's? Seems redundant to me.

Yes, your right. I neglected xp PRO64 since I have VISTA64. I am just curious to know why I can't boot x64 anymore and if there is a way around it.
