I just built a multiboot USB using SARDU. I put on XP Pro, Win7 64 AIO, PING, PartedMagic, Memtest, and a bunch of other stuff.
The installation process requires you to deselect a ton of adware before it actually does the install, but it seems to work quite well.
It even has a built-in download manager to pull Win98 boot disks etc.

That would be because antivirus programs are made to be difficult to uninstall. A program like Revo Uninstaller is made to get rid of everyday programs that are having issues being normally uninstalled. If you're having trouble with an antivirus program not uninstalling correctly, use that company's purpose made removal tool. I believe Hiren's has a couple of them anyways.
