Default Programs to overclock

Hi, i was wondering what programs can i download to monitor the temps of my cpu and also the temps on my GPU.... and is ther also a program that will let me overclock my gpu on vista...
I have the BFG Gtx 285 1gb

and if i overclock my gpu would i have to overclock my cpu and ram aswell?

please can some1 send me links to the programs thnx

the evga precision program does that work with my bfg gtx 285? or does it only work with evga products

Yes it works on any brand. It's a stripped version of RivaTuner.

ok tnx, and also i downloaded SpeedFan and Core Temp, when i look at the temps of my cpu, they both give me different answers

on Speedfan it says :
29
27
27
30

and on CoreTemp it reads:
44
42
45
41


so i dont know which is correct or not

sry i have another dum question :

can i slightly overclock my GPU on the evga precision tool? and if i was able to, would i have to overclock my cpu or any other things so that i can OC the gpu?

no, GPU overclocking is completely separate from CPU/memory overclocking
