Ctrl+Shift+P enables the 'private browsing' mode if that's what you're after.

I actually really like the no-plugin video/audio browsing; looks to be the wave of the future for browsing. Depending on how well it's implemented, it could spell a great online browsing future for web based smart phones too.

It is still in Options but kinda hidden. Options, Privacy and expand Firefox will...

I notice no difference from all the 3.5 Betas and RCs I ran and even then I didn't really notice any performance increase from 3.0...

So I don't know where Mozilla is getting this 2x as fast stuff from cause it seems the same. Maybe it only helps on slow PCs?

I guess the only thing I noticed was that Photobucket works properly again, it used to hang/freeze before. Though not sure if that was site related or Firefox related.

The stupid thing is that the speed measurements for the browsers are soley based on java rendering time. But really, who cares? That only gets you so far. You're still limited by the website's serve speed, your bandwidth, image load time, etc., etc...

At the end of the day, the ease of use and features of a browser should be it's selling point; not so much the speed since the browser's far from the weak link in the internet chain.

The most noticeable change is the way it caches and loads pages. I guess there's a reason why Fasterfox is incompatible, but there's no reason for it anymore because stock 3.5 works a bit better. Cheers to Mozilla.
