Default anyone know of a Liquid acrylic filler?

I finally found a 1/2 " tap so I can tap out a hole I drill in my DD dual bay res the problem now is that at the very beginning ( maybe three threads worth) of the hole is a little larger so after I tapped out the hole my G1/4 Straight Compression fitting doesn't get a proper bite on the thread So that I need to do is fill the hole a little and re tap it.
this is why I am looking for a liquid acrylic , that is of course if it even exists.
does anyone have any Ideas of .
this is the only thing holding me back. it is either that or if I can find a fitting that is a little longer in the thread department.

If the resin stuff doesn"t work(probably won"t) redrill and tap for G3/8 and get new fitting.
Edit: Just reread your post. Compression Fitting, I first thought you were using straight barb fittings. The only way is hope the resin works or as I said redrill and tap for G3/8 and then try to get a reducer G3/8 to G1/4. I have seen them somewhere but don"t where or when.
Edit: Here it is Bitspower Shining Silver G 3/8 to G 1/4 Adapter Fitting # BP-WTP-C23
