A little help

I'd like to make a signature with an embedded gif. this is the signature.



and this is the gif.



now I'm pretty sure the gif is too big, if so I'll probably resize it later on.

I just want to know how I could put that gif in the empty space, behind the two images. also, how could I remove the black boxes on the top and bottom of the gif?

I'd take a guess and say it's doable in Photoshop. Though I've never played with GIFs and image signatures are not allowed on here either.
