How to set admin password in Vista 32bit

Hi all. When I installed windows Vista 32bit I didn't set an Administrator password but now I'm trying to install a program that requires I put the password in for authorization to work. I'm always logged into my computer with full administrator priviledges and have no other users set up. I go straight from the windows loading screen into windows without the user login screen. How the heck do I set up a username and password now?

Sorry Vista is a pain and I'm really unfamiliar with it still so I'd really appreciate some detailed advice on how to set this up right as I really don't want to reinstall Vista from scratch...if I go that route I'd just as soon install XP again.

Odd that a program would want that.

Just set a password on your user account. You can do so in Control Panel\User Accounts.

That should fix the problem.
