Default what is "MICROSOFT - WW FULFILL WWF SA WIN VISTA ULTIMATE W/SP1 UPG 64BIT EN DVD"
OK - what is "MICROSOFT - WW FULFILL WWF SA WIN VISTA ULTIMATE W/SP1 UPG 64BIT EN DVD" - I get it that it is an upgrade for Vista - but why is it only $31? Why is it called FULFILL?

Just Curious.

Did some searching for you, its for the "media only". In other words its only the DVD/box, no cd key, no licence, just the DVD.

OK so then it wouldn't install I guess? Or do they just do that in case the serial falls off the internet onto your computer? lol, just kidding microsoft, we all know you are out there watching us.

Yeah, its more for people who lose their disks(like me ), or for people who buy computers/laptops and end up with a valid key, but no disc. Happens too often IMO, HP, Sony, etc are famous for it.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a few pirates out there who went bought the disc instead of downloading it.
