Default Video screen capture
I'm trying to do something but I need a program that allows me to record both sounds and video created on the computer, the higher the resolution the better. Price is an issue but not completely, I can spend. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Perhaps FRAPS? Not sure if it does audio though but it does video for sure.

I know of fraps but it doesnt do sound, if possible I want the program to record sound simultaneously so it is in sync. I can do the video, if I had a program that did recorded sound separately from my sound card rather than a microphone i could probrably get it to work...

I believe this can be done using VMware.

There must be dozens of apps out there to do this ...
