If you have any knack of learning its just as easy to do it yourself.

Linux is no harder than learning Windows.. the difference is that most people have been trained to use Windows and don't want to try to learn anything new.

Ubuntu isn't working out too bad. Have issues every so often and biggest pain is some stuff just won't STAY fixed. But at least I'm doing stuff and learning on the way which is WAY more than I've ever done the last couple times I've tried to get into linux.
