Default Cheap Office PC

My dad needs another PC for his office so I put together a parts list for a cheap PC meant general office use (email, Microsoft Office, a few simple programs). I've got pretty much everything together. I normally couldn't post prices (NCIX Premiere partner), but luckly everything is either pricematched, on sale, or I'm buying it locally.

AMD Athlon 4050e (2.1GHz, 45W) - $62.99
Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H - $79.99 (780G has onboard 3200)
Patriot 2x1GB CAS5 PC2-6400 - $41.56
Samsung SH-S203N SATA DVD RW - $23.99
Seagate 500GB 7200.11 - $69.99
Antec Sonata III - $109.99 (500W PSU included)
2 x Zalman ZM-F3 120mm - $5.65
ANOTHER copy of Maximum PC - $0.00

I was hoping to run the CPU passive, and wondered what people would suggest that isn't overly expensive. The Zalman fan's will be run at 900RPM, so they should be nice and quiet.

Another other suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

For a business application I would seriously consider buying a pre-fab from one of the major vendors with a 3 year on site warranty. Good backups are more important than hardware. You may need to spend a couple days screaming at your vendor is something breaks but that will be less trouble than dealing with individual manufacturers and a built from parts system.

The case in stock form is fine. Just set the fan to low. Only need the 1 as well for that config.

The RAM seems to be a bit expensive. I've seen 2GB kits for only $20AR. Other than that, it looks like you're good to go.

Oh, and stick with the stock AMD fan. I found it to be pretty quiet.

I'm going with that RAM because there is a 99% chance that my dad and I will forget about the MIRs, and then a chance if we remember they don't go through. Those were the cheapest I could find without a MIR.

I'll be ordering tomorrow so I'll probably just get the Freezer 64 Pro (or possible the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 as its fairly cheap as well).
