New Build: LAN box

I already have a desktop however it weighs about 50 pounds and it's a pain in the arse to unhook and lug to every LAN party I go to.
I have a bit of extra cash at the moment so I figured I'd purchase a little MATX comp (LAN box) for myself for lanning.
Minus the screen, here's what I've chosen so far:

PSU: Kinda stuck on this part. I would imagine MATX's don't take that much power...

Heatsink: not too sure on this either. Being that it is a MATX case, not sure I can even fit one in.

I mostly just went on NCIX and looked at their sale items. I am not set on anything but the case(which looks freakin awsome IMO) and the price range (don't have THAT much extra cash)

I don't need much hard drive space seeing as it would only be holding games. So price comes before storage.

Any suggestions/finishing touches are greatly appreciated...

Looks like a good build, but I do have a couple ideas for you. Firstly, I really really don't trust any system that has a SIS chipset - at all. Always had failures and problems with them. I'd suggest something like a P35 motherboard (if you don't mind spending a little extra) and have something much more stable and with better performance.

For a heatsink, in an HTPC enviroment I like the new Scythe cooler:

Though it's $100 more. I guess any board that uses the G35 chipset would be alright. Whatever you do don't get SIS.

hmm ok thanks for advice about SIS...
well I'd like to keep the price to a minimum without building a 'budget' not-so-good machine. Somewhere in the $400-$600 range...
I wanna keep the aerocool case though (such an awsome looking case!)
As far as HDD space goes, I don't need a whole lot. 160gb is plenty for what I'm using it for.

Could go with something like this. Comes to $613.31 + shipping/taxes.

I threw in 3x80mm fans so you can fill up all the rear fan ports in the case since those mATX cases usually get pretty warm. The 250GB hard drive is on sale for less than the 160GB you linked so you might as well get it. Also included a DVD-RW in case you need it.

wow, both builds look good to me. Jdrom's suggestion for mobo is cheaper though so I think I shall do a hybrid of both your suggestions.

k maybe I'm being too specific now, but that would look sooo cool to have all red fans and LEDs... it would match the front quite nicely.
What's the best way/place to find red LED PSUs and fans??
