9450 and ddr3

I plan on getting the Q9450 (unless there's a inexplicable massive price drop on the extremes), which has a 1333mh fsb - so i figured i'd go with 1333mh ddr3. I've heard (read) it's easy to overclock the 9450 to 1600mh with the stock air cooler, but i'm wondering how easy it is to overclock the ram to 1600mh?

far as mobo's go i'm thinking about geting a x48.. but i dont know which one.. bonetrail 2, p5e3 premium, or..
i wish the p5e3 weren't so damn expensive!
