No, H100i. If your willing to spend a little more than get the NZXT Kraken X60.

My understanding is that the 4770k runs very hot. So you're likely going to want something with some meat on it. But it really depends on your case as to what you'll have room for. Are you planning to overclock?

Unless you're looking used, I don't think you'll get an h50 anywhere. Look in to the H80i, but consider 3rd party fans. The H100i will be out of your budget.

What about a Swiftech H220? You may not be able to get it in the US.

Thought id jump in here guys! building a PC setup for my boss, 4770k but stuck between h100i or x60. Additionally, I'm not sure if the x60 will fit inside an R4 (read lots of different opinions online). Lastly, I Havent built a computer in a year and stayed out of the world (compared on how i used to be). Is the 4770k a good chip? Heard lots of problems overclocking??? Boss cant afford a 3930k though.

I know you said liquid cooling, but I whole heartily recommend an air cooler like the Noctua NH-U14S for your budget.
It will cool as good as an H100 (even at load to my knowledge) and be even quieter.
Consider it! Even if it looks ugly!
It's keeping my 3770k happy as a clam!
