Missed the part where you were planning on selling them, sorry 'bout that. Yeah, used doesn't do you much good then.

The 7750 just seems like such a compromise for $100. It's about on par with a 5770, which is an OK card. I still use it in an HTPC for gaming at 720p, but I haven't tried anything too new with it, definitely not BF3.

Memory Express has an HIS 7770 for $105, which is what I'd go for at that price. The HIS 7790 is $130, too. I haven't purchased an HIS card, but reviews seem pretty good overall.

Memory Express is great if you can buy local, in my case. Unfortunately, from my personal experience, it took ME longer to deliver my order 150km then it takes NCIX 1100km (when delivered from the west coast; NCIX Toronto deliveries...well I might as well order from Newegg, which delivers from L.A. City of Industry, which takes two weeks). Mind you, SolidCree being in Manitoba might have the opposite experience.

Two weeks or more on shipping time usually express and ground packages are brought in the Same Cargo Van 400 km away in Thompson, Manitoba

I tried one time, two different orders Express and Ground Both came in at the Same Time.

Ouch, two weeks. Which retailers did you order through, ME, NCIX or some other one?

Time for shipping from Memory Express and NCIX are about equal for me, 1-2 weeks. Memory express does it for $5 instead of the $15 or more from NCIX. Also had a problem with NCIX advertising 4.99 shipping, showing it on the estimator, and charging 15 during checkout. Rural location, apparently.

I don't know how ME makes money between $5 shipping and price match, but I'll keep using them since it's cheaper and the same delivery time for me. Could be totally different in Manitoba tho.

If gaming is on the table I would not go the AMD route, especially for budget. I had a very pleasant experience with a Pentium G2120 and a H61 board paired with a GTS450. They would make a far better choice, plus you would have TRIM for the SSD if ever one will be dropped in. You could replace the GTS450 with a Radeon HD7750. There are plenty of good and inexpensive LGA1155 boards on newegg.ca under 75$.

ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM 16.99$
Rosewill FBM-02 Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case 29.99$
CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W 42.99$
ASUS HD7750-1GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7750 1GB 94.99$
Intel Pentium G2120 Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz LGA 1155 Dual-Core Desktop Processor 79.99$
GIGABYTE GA-H61M-HD2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 HDMI Micro ATX 55.99$
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL 39.99$
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 67.99$

After shipping and taxes gets to 489.28$
