Default Best Rig for Rendering with Multiple Cameras

So I am going to get my media rig setup soon.
This "Media" rig is not for streaming video to the TV but to stream 4 1080p webcams at min 60fps.
The videos will then need to be edited in a timely manner so I dont want 12 hours of rendering.

Right now I have a few options as I have tons of boards.
What CPU is best to handle this or should I Use one of the spare servers even.

Right now I could use
LGA2011(6 core)
LGA1155/1150 got boards but no chips so lots of choices
LGA1156 got a i7 875k still and a mobo
771 dual cpu at 2.93ghz server dell
1366 dual xeon quad cores 2.4ghz again dell.
FM2 need a chip but got lots of boards.

IS there a specific reason one would be better then another?

Top scores on Cinbench are Intel W5590. fore CPU renders.

Two Off em would rock.

Intel board with Vertu on a higher end CPU also has some good numbers .

Rendering on a Graphics cards with Cuda is good. So Nividia.

Fast and lots of Ram is Useful fore Ram cashing. greatly speeds renders.

What formats and programs are you planning on using.

I have not done more than Bench with Cinbench so I am only speaking to what I have heard.

If it supports VOD or slo-mo on the web interface he'll be able to slow the footage down to 30fps, thus being half speed but still having a smooth framerate without using post. Thats why I shoot in 60+ FPS anyways.

All movies are recorded a a frame rate of 24-25. The recorded the hobbit in 48fps but people didn't care for it.

Personally I would set up a LGA 2011 6 core system with 32GB of RAM and set up a RAM cache.
