Go to Tonymacx86 instead for hackintosh help. But basically with an Nvidia card and their native driver, 3 monitors should work or at least that's the impression I'm getting after a quick search. Do not just buy random parts and hope it will work. See their buyer's guide and it's will more or less work out of the box. The motherboard is listed as working but Thunderbolt, BT, wifi doesn't work. It seem that Thunderbolt only works as a display for onboard graphics but nothing else at this moment. The BT/wifi card onboard is simply not supported. So I suggest you move to something cheaper and simpler for your motherboard. If you do need a wifi card, just go with AR9280 or AR9380 ones because they are just plug and play. I just order a AR9380 and it works.

try pcpartpicker and price-match it somewhere to save some. Also I can't advise going Seagate for HDD unless it's some odd requirement.

650 is plenty for 1 card, possibly will want a lil bit more for 2 cards.. it'll probably run but I wouldn't like to see the heat and stress it would put a 650W bronze psu under.

Your motherboard will not fit in that case. You need a mITX board or get an ATX case.
