Can Someone Help Me On This? Intel Core i3-3220, EVGA GeForce GTX 650, NZXT Source 210 Elite (Black) - System Build - PCPartPicker I don't know how to wire the PSU an whatnot, seems difficult as heck. And I really don't want to mess up. |
Based on your PSU selection, here goes (from PSU to board): 1. 24-pin connector to the board (next to the ram slots). 2. 4+4 pin connector to the board (to the left of the cpu socket) 3. A flat connector, called SATA connector (about 1" wide) goes to the HDD. 4. 6-pin connector goes to the GPU. That's it. |
It's actually idiot-proof. All the connectors and pins are specifically laid out so they can't be plugged in incorrectly. And PSUs/motherboards comes with manuals if you're still clueless. |
What typically scares first-time builders is the amount of connectors on a PSU, and especially the number of unused ones once the rig is completed. |
