Okay. It's been a while but I've revised my list. Thanks for all the help guys.
Motherboard- MSI AMD 990FXA-GD65 V2
CPU- AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core 4GHz
GPU- Asus Radeon HD 7770 HD7770-2GDDR5 Video Card
RAM- Kingston HyperX Black KHX16C9B1BK2/8 8GB Desktop Memory Module Kit (1600 mhz)
PSU- Corsair CX500 V2 CX Series CP-9020047-US 500W Power Supply - 80 Plus Bronze
Optical Drive- Samsung SH-224BB/BEBE Internal 24X DVD Burner
Case- Cooler Master RC-430-KWN1 Elite 430 Mid Tower ATX Case
Total Price- $634.82
P.S. I got a copy of Windows 7 thanks to a friend. :)
I'm going to order all of these parts within a week. I'll check back here frequently just in case there's something that needs to be changed.

I would really make sure that you can actually find that in stock, before you commit your budget.

Just make sure it's a 64-bit Windows 7! :P Or else Windows will only use 4 GB of RAM instead of 8.
