All parts should work just fine. You may want to go to DDR3-1600 memory, but other than that it looks good.

All looks good, as suggested go for 1600Mhz ram..

Drop the network card and bump up to a 250~GB SSD

If it were me id get 1600Mhz ram and drop the NIC, id also just go for a 1TB Seagate drive instead of the RE3

If I were to make a single suggestion based on what I'd do myself it would be to spend a bit more (or adjust the other pieces of the build) to up the SSD to a 240 version. 240 SSDs can be found these days for $200 when on sale and there's no reason why a person shouldn't be able to fit everything other than media storage into 200G worth of space.

Having all of your active programs (including games) being run completely off of the SSD will make a huge difference.

1) Faster RAM, DDR3 1600
2) Change enterprise HD to home HD, Seagate Barracuda or WD caviar Blue.
3) FYI, unless you need two network lines, the Asrock Extreme4 already has one.
