First off.. Change this to a static size of 2048MB and forget about it
Microsoft Corporation

Second is your ram in slots 3 + 4? Should be in 1 + 2 and do you have XMP profiles set?

I installed according to the manual and motherboard that says on both : Ram4|Ram2| Ram3|Ram1| that's how it was marked out in order

What's XMP and where do I find it? or find out if it as it?

I should do more reading up on these things before messing it up permanently.

In the bios what is the ram speed set too(or ram multiplier or ram ratio...something along those lines)? Often you have to manually set the speed.

According to your motheboard manual:

Quote:
For optimum performance, when enabling Dual Channel mode with two memory modules, we recommend
that you install them in the DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 sockets.

It's gotta be my bios settings that's needs adjusting. Still reading up on it and yes I got the ram sticks in the right slots, thinking passmark is not fully compatible with windows 7.
