Christmas Computer build, $530 Budget.

I'm looking to build a computer for 530 canadian dollars I can use to get the best performance from games at that price. I'm hoping to take advantage of Boxing Day deals.
I'm starting from scratch but I'm willing to sacrifice a monitor in the build to save money for other parts, I'd also like builds without an OS or if you can find a very cheap win7/8 price.

This is what I have chosen so far.

Current games I play are GW2, Arma, Napoleon total war, and Red Orchestra 2, Looking to see if this computer could play Rome 2 or Arma 3.

Right now you've picked a processor that does not fit the motherboard.

If you want to keep the EVGA Z68 SLI motherboard, you'll have to find an Intel LGA1155 i3/i5/i7 CPU. Probably the i3 3220 would be the only thing in your budget.

Also I am not sure if that PSU has enough power

why not this one?

Your chosen CPU and motherboard aren't compatible. With that budget I would go for a i3 3220 on sale now for $100 and a cheap b75 or h77 based motherboard. The rest of your choices would work, but I would go for a 2x4gb 1600mhz set of ram that you should be able to get for $30.
