whats the better build i got about 650 to spend i have the case n psu already let me kno what u would change and still keep in line mainly for netflix and steam powered games counterstrike and natural selection2

I'd go with the Intel build, but add $30 and go to the unlocked multiplier 3570K. You can't overclock the 3470.
