That depends on your budget (since you seem to be breaking the one your originally posted). If you still plan to be in the sub-$800 range (e.g. your GPU will be less than $200), then I have no problem recommending a platform that can't overclock the CPU.

Thanks to AMD's struggling CPU performance and Intel's locking down of overclocking for low-end CPUs, I can't see a stock i5 3570 or even 3450 for that matter being a bottleneck in gaming over the next year, at least not to the extent of being unplayable unless you overclock. Now I'm sure someone will release a horrible console port that'll eat an Ivy Bridge-E for breakfast, but hopefully the gameplay will be as bad as the programming and we won't have to care

I would use the stock cooler over the one you have selected. Also ncix has a asus hd 7770 on sale for $110 and then a $10 mir, and an i5 3470 for 179.99. Otherwise the choices look good.
