abt the monitor, what kind of gaming experience do you want to have??? There are 3 in general
1> 120/144FPS gaming
2> 3D Vision
3> Vivid Colors with 60fps

make your choice

more RAM helps in coding.
faster ram leads to better overclocks.

You won't feel faster ram, it's like buying corsair platinum, it's just for blingbling and benching...What you get is wayyyyyy enough. and you can't bottleneck your PC with that ram^^
I recommend a 120hz screen ,but no 3D screen if you don't want, serously,it's stupid to have a GTX 680 and no 120hz screen! being limited to 60 FPS knowing that you get more than 100 in most games is not possible!!!!!

Incorrect.
If you have a 680 and are driving a U3011 @2560x1600 you don't need 120hz since most of your GPU horsepower goes into rendering that resolution.
Please avoid using terms like 'stupid' in peoples build logs, as that is a detriment to a persons goals here and counter-productive.

Sorry, but i realized that the meaning of "stupid" is softer in french I didn't want to use a bad word or to say anything inapropriate, would traduce like "what a pity" or "dommage" in french,I didn't mean stupid, like "idiot",and "stupide" means both in french.I take my english grammar and i come back when i know it:haha:

Yep i forgot 2560x1600.Was thinking of 1080p, Forgot to mention that. That's stupid of me:blarg: .I knew that 2560x1600 destroys FPS.

Still, if you get 1080p,better get 120hz.Alse renember that you will need vsync, and in massive gaming epic moments, the FPS may not stay perfectly smooth because of the lock of 60 FPS.more than 60 is nicer.
