Even look at a G530. Even cheaper than the above G6xx's, still dual-core, and a 65W chip. It's what i'll be buying for my new file server shortly.

If you want to LOWEST voltage of ram this is what you need to look for:

the lowest power consumption computer I can think of is an Arm based one which has a usb so you possible use both an external drive and an external dvd drive and just plug which ever in when needed or buy a splitter but Like I said I am not sure if that would work for you mini-2440, Samsung S3C2240 ARM9 Board + 7" TFT
