Default which micro or mini motherboard for OCing 2500K cpu

I finally broke down and bought a Intel 2500k which I want to OC but I don't want to spend to much on a Motherboard which motherboard s are good for OCing this cpu and should I buy new ram I am fairly new to overclocking and this 1100T only stably ocs to 3.9? like I mentioned I plan on OCing this and then if I see and noticed enough improvement for everyday use and gaming over my 1100 amd then I will switch this out .

actually it doesn't matter just as long as it is a decent board for OCing , I just don't need a board that has more then one vid card slot

I would avoid m-itx if overclocking is your main goal. Those boards don't overclock as nicely as a regular boards will - BIOS features are pretty sparse like no load line calibration control. A regular ATX 1155 board will probably be cheapest.
