The best value there appears to be the 2 Asus cards... the zotac seems overpriced..
Asus cards usually command a premium over other brands.

670 TOP (DC2T / DCIIT) is very good but I wouldn't pay more than about $20 -$30 more for it over the standard DC2 / DCII

If you want all the extra bells and whistle on the p8z77 the pro or deluxe will be good.
But like I said I have the LK and it works flawlessly and overclocked really well.

As far as gpu I don't have any expierence with zotac. I try to stick with asus, gigabyte, or msi.
Msi has the frozr 2 cooling system and it's great. You said you were wanting to Oc. Like I said if you decide on a 670 you need to look into the 660ti PE from msi. They are proven to Oc and perform with the 670. Watch linustechtips review on it on YouTube. Could save a lot of money.

For 120hz he'll want slightly more than a 660... a 670 will out-clock a stock 680..

The Asus clocks pretty well, I max all settings in BF3 but have v-sync on so the card is never pushed to it's limits... I can tell you that I have NEVER seen it drop below 59FPS (sudden flurry of explosions or the like)

ASUS GTX 670 DirectCu II TOP Review
I have the normal DCII clocked a little higher than the TOP version (room for more but I don't need it), the review says it all, heavy load game with a very heavy load section used to test the FPS..
And it's at a bit higher resolution than your going to use. You'll get a minimum FPS of 60 from it especially oc'd TOP version.

Other than that you need to look at specific games you want to play and find a review of the card using that game (non synthetic benchmarks)
