is it ok if i used my old asus gtx560 directcu for this build?would it bottleneck the performance?

Yes and Yes.. it will run games reasonably well at 1920x1080 but it will be the limiting factor in your rig.. a 660ti will be about twice as fast and offer a much better experience (in games that need really good cards)

You can use it as a stop-gap though and then bump the GPU in a few months.. the rest of the build should be good for minimum 3 usually 5 possibly up to 7 years depending on your needs and what technology does in the mean time.

I would generally advise a 660ti base for this kind of a sytem but if you have a 560 and can't afford the bigger card yet then as said it will do as a stop-gap.
If the 560 is all the performance you need then the rest of the machine is probably over-powered but will last longer than a cheaper build.
