Please let me know if any changes are required. Should i go with p8z77-v pro or Asus maximus v formula ? |
All looks good... either board is good... Though the maximus has got much better sound (you'll need a headset / speakers that will be good enough to tell the difference) Pick either and you'll be happy. P.S. No RAM selected.. |
oh yea i forgot that :P i've chosen Gskill 2x4GB F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL |
Hmm looking at similar ivy Build....hopefully........ Nice setup :) |
thanks :) |
Nice build, also those Asus ROG boards include Asus Premium Service and their excellent cross-shipping, and awesome support if needed. |
That sounds like a very good build, I would go with the ROG board as well. If you plan on overclocking that board will help. |
Get cheapest Z77 MB from ASUS, a direct saved money towards 120GB SSD. You will thank me later. |
Or he can get the good mobo now and get the ssd later when a sale hits or something like that.... Also the cheapest? that doesnt sound like a good idea just to get a ssd |

ROG is $300 and the sabertooth is $232 for two very similair boards. You can even buy the sabertooth and ssd from memory express, use their uber pricematch system, and you will get a further reduction of 25 percent of the difference between theirs and the competitors. |
