need help before buying new rig

Hi all my rig now is
e8400+ac freezer extreme
ep43ds3l
g.skill 4 gb pi-black
evga 9800+ 512 mb
hx550
antec 300

and i want to upgrade to
i5 3570k (cooling??)
asrock z77 extreme 4
g.skill 12gb
antec 750 true power
HD 2 TB
670 gtx

your thoughts ?

how are you going to get 12gb on a z77(dual channel) platform? get 8gb(2x4) or 16gb if you have a serious case of throw money out the windowism like I do... otherwise everything looks good except maybe I'd throw in an SSD and you might also be able to get away with your old hx550 with ivy+kepler.

For cooling for the 3570k, An corsair H80 would work, or even a basic coolermaster h212.

+1 on the memory..

The psu.. if you've had it as long as the other machine.. leave it with it and sell it as a unit..
Other than the addition of a ssd you have everything you need.
