Final Advice Needed on my Build (~1000$)

I think this the final version of my build that I will purchase at the end of the month (hopefully the discounts will be as good at the end of the month!!).

That being said, I want advice just to make sure everything fits together and if you have suggestion for other, better parts, feel free to tell me. I will purchase from MemoryExpress as they offer price beat and PC Assembly. My budget is 1000$ including shipping and taxes, and I live in Canada. I already have a 1080p Dell 23" monitor and a 15" IBM monitor 768p).

Looks good. Do you already have an OS? Also, maybe you don't need one (or already have one), but an optical drive of some sort?

If it were me i might think about going with a WD black instead of blue for $15 more. Also, Since you are not overclocking or running tons of hardware you should be fine, but again if it were me, I would think about adding one or two more low speed fans to the case since it only includes two.

I have a few old optical drives at home which I will use to install the OS that I already have.

Depending on the prices of all the parts at the end of the month, I will consider more fans and small upgrades (actually buying a new optical drive, maybe 120gb SSD) depends on the prices.

I know you're probably waiting for you SSD, but there's a sale in the BST with an Intel 520 Series 120GB for $130. That's a crazy good price for a top of the line SSD.

Thanks for the link, but HDD or SSD are not my priority as I can just re-use the one from my current computer (and maybe buy a SSD later), same goes for optical drive.

On another note, I might be able to push my budget a little bit more and I want to invest that money into a better motherboard, which of these should I take? (these a the price after price beat from memoryexpress)
