For full computer builds I have only ordered from NCIX (haven't built a PC since I started shopping at memory express). That said I have ordered a couple items from memoryexpress and have nothing but good things to say so far. The only disadvantage for me is they seem to use canadapost to ship to the east coast where as NCIX uses purolator (I know others would rather it that way, but shipping time is longer with CP to me). They seem to have great customer service and still display the "small business" kind of hands on with everything that seems to be lacking at NCIX (not sure if you care about that or not). Either way you would not be going wrong.
