Sexy build, 2 things -
I personally avoid OCZ products so I would get a corsair tx750/m.
You could safely go 650watt too, but future proofing i would say got 850watt cause 750s on the low side if you want to SLI another 680, so take that into consideration, and for $30 dollars more or whatever you pay, it cant hurt.
Actually I just saw that OCZ unit is super cheap right now, up to you i suppose.

and the SSD;
Corsair Force Series GT 60GB SSD SATA3 Solid State Disk 555MB/S Read Sandforce SF-2200 - Corsair - CSSD-F60GBGT-BK
Its an amazing drive - i even hit 560mb/s rather than the stated 555mb/s

The other thing is the mobo, i see your getting it built so NCIX will sort that for you, but people have been saying none of the usb ports work on that board until usb3.0 drivers are installed, which means no bios access without a PS2 keyboard.

Is it just me or is there no processor there?

Looks like a solid build. I would suggest that you don't need that noctua NH-D14. Something like a H212 or corsair H80 would be my choice for cooler. Reason being is that the IB cpu's only OC to a certain point and then when you go past 1.3V or so they start dumping out alot of heat. I don't think that even the mighty D14 wouldn't be able to cool the cpu sufficiently at that point. For PSU, look at anything from seasonic, corsair, xfx, or antec. The OCZ ZX series PSU's are OK and usually a little cheaper than the above brands. My 2 cents...

Looks good, I would swap for a cheaper/better cooler, the thermalright silver arrow. 2C cooler, plus way nicer better looking fans.

Yeah good point, h212 is a great cooler and if your keen on overclocking the airflow around the MoBo heatsinks is something it has over the h80, unless you own a wind tunnel of a case.

Should switch the vertex 3 with a mushkin chronos deluxe, everything else looks pretty good.

+1 for the Thermalright Silverarrow, -1 for the CM Hyper 212. When building a full tower with 140mm, or even 230mm fans, only a large heatsink can direct air towards the CPU. Imagine a gerbil trying to shag an elephant, that's what the 212 will be like inside the HAFX.

If you like CM and want something new, I recommend the CM TPC 812 CPU.
