Default 2500k but what board?

I'm helping a friend build an an intel 2500k game tower.

I've built alot of amd but never intel.

Basic parts going in.
2500k / cm212 evo.
1TB wd black, more later.
2x4Gb g.skill.
gtx280 temporary until full line of gtx 6xx hit the shelves then decide xfire or sli.
corsair tx 950w.

Basiclly I need a board that has 2 pcie slots with 2 spaces between them, that does xfire or sli and 2nd pcie slot should be x8 min but x16 would be nice x8/x8 or x16/x16, 16/x4 is no good. Over clock too but he won't go crazy on it

So lost with all the models p67, z68, z77 and so on.

Trying to keep the budget $130-145 if there's something lower priced that'll be good too.

Thanks

Here is a proven solid board right on budget
ASRock Z68 EXTREME3 GEN3 ATX LGA1155 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E SATA3 USB3.0 SLI CrossFireX Motherboard - DirectCanada

but for less you can even grab a new z77 board
Asus Motherboard P8Z77-V LX Core i7/i5/i3 Z77 LGA1155 DDR3 SATA PCI Express HDMI/DVI-D ATXCurrent - ASUSTeK Computer - Motherboards - Computer Hardware - Computer Parts - HookBag

16X/16X is only available with NF200 for this platform which limits you to a very small number of boards but 8X/8X should be fine. I'd go with an Asus P8Z68-V or V Pro unless you think it's worth going to a Z-77 for Ivy Bridge.

Well if your happy with z68 and dont want to overclock past 4.5ghz, i can definately recommend the z68x ud3h b3 board, looks great, ticks all the boxes, and charges my ipod super fast without being turned on (probably the best thing about gigabyte boards).

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

The z77 counterpart is the same price but people are saying you cant even use a usb keyboard until you install drivers, which is a big problem.
