Should I use a SSD Pci?
Aspect of the 'output of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690 SLI or to make an appearance the AMD Radeon HD 7990 CrossFireX to do?

Why not - with your budget get the biggest best pci-express SSD you can find.
Do you think the power is enough?
However do you think is a good computer?

I would up to 1200 or 1250 Watt. 1000W should handle the 3 680s but with the water cooling and I imagine overclocking it will get tight.

You should definitely step up to a 1200w even though 1000w will be just enough. You had better be running surround gaming with tri sli 680s in there and be overclocking that CPU like mad :P

Edit: yeah, the SSD seems underwhelming after all the other high end components.

Seconded... Intel 520 512GB would be on my list with that kind of budget.

And a Seagate 3TB HDD.. (the 1TB per platter one)
