Default help with my new build

hello all, am building a pc, mostly for working and a bit of gaming (bf 3,skyrim...)
the software i usually use are 3dstudio max(animation and modeling) adobe Photoshop,premier, after effects. mostly personal projects building portfolio hoping for a job in the future

now my build is

is it better to go with nvidia since i use 3ds max? or ati will do fine
i live in Europe so i will order most of my parts from pixmania
advices and comments are welcome

i prefer Nvidia because from what i know adobe uses openGL and CUDA which nvidia has respectively that can make the software run smoother --- also more RAM is better. Also, if you were to use 3ds MAX, i think 3D rendering will be base on CPU usage.

just my opinion. XD
