Talking New gaming rig , In need of help

Hello,
For my new computer I wanted to go with a Mini-itx size , here are the part im pretty sure to get :
( exept of course if you know better bang for the buck )
intel i5-2500k
Corsair H60
Evga gtx560 ti 448 classified
Psu not chosen yet but probably a corsair or silverstone, around 650w

the part Im stuck is the motherboard, ram and case.

the motherboard I have zero idea what is good.
The ram there is so much brand or product, I must admit im lost.
And finally the case I saw the Lian li pc-q08 but comment on newegg were saying that she were really noisy and I saw the shuttle SZ68R5 but the cooling seem low, and the power supply is only 500w, the evga website suggest minimum 550w for gtx560 ti

Thanks :)

Just a final question, do you think using a mini-itx motherboard will really affect the performance overall ?
thanks again ^^

my friends h60 pump failed and many reviews online say pump failed a well, I'd change the cooler to an antec 620 for better flow and flexible rubber tubing

Just built a M-ATX rig for my friend, 2600K @5.2, 16GB 1866MHz RAM, 120GB SSD,2X 2TB storage, lian li MATX case, weighs under 25 pounds, and can be picked up with 2 fingers on each hand. He also tossed in a GTX 590 classy and that thing is a screamer, the case could literally fit in my full sized tower.

Gene Z are the best overclocking MATX boards from ASUS, I run an EVGA and it is a solid overclocker.
