It looks like a decent build. The only comment that I could make would be in the Power Supply as I'm not sure how good the raidmax psu's are. Maybe check out something from corsair, seasonic, xfx, antec, or silverstone.

Personally, I would rather cheap-out on a keyboard and/or mouse and get 4GB RAM instead of 8GB, then a cheap PSU, my suggestion for a good PSU: Newegg.com - SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply.

(EDIT:)
CPU wise, if you gonna go with Phemon II, I would rather go with:
1. Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 980 Black Edition Deneb 3.7GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HDZ980FBK4DGM - Processors - Desktops (especially, with the promo til 3/19)
OR
2. Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 970 Deneb 3.5GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HDZ970FBK4DGM - Processors - Desktops (promo til 3/20)
