New budget HTPC Build/ inputs appreciated

I'm trying to save as much money as possible while trying to get the most out of it.

CPU: E4300 C2D (pulled from an old comp) *looking to overclock this!

Mobo: Either Biostar G41D3+ $49.99

Case: Lian Li PC-60FN (I know this is not a HTPC case but I have this lying around so I will use it.)

Rounding up the parts I need to buy it comes out to at most ~$135 including taxes and shipping. It would come out about the same if I get the P5NSLI as DDR2 RAMs are more expensive than DDR3s. This actually might nullify the point of getting older boards...
As for the case, I was looking to spend about $200 on this build and would love some recommendations for a HTPC case. I will use the Lian Li case if the cases are too expensive.

Anyways, any inputs into my list would be greatly appreciated!
