i this is the part that i need ur help with? im tossing between getting a new motherboared and ram or just getting and ssd cause they are the same price? the mother boared is Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 AMD970 $101 and ram i was wondering will the 1866mhz ripjaw ram for sandy bridge work on this boared cause its a amd ? either way ram is about $55 to $70, or i was thinking of getting a sdd ocz agility 3 120 gb $159.

and will a ocz zt 650 watt be enought to power this system its priece is $109 or the 750 is $125 but im not uprading later ? maybe only a few hdd's

Only zotac 465 I could find was $260, and EVGA 480's are selling for the same price right now, I have one and it is powerful to say the least.

Ya, you have room to OC both CPU/GPU I ran a heavily OC'ed i7, 4 HDD,10 fans, 2 burners, lights, SLI 460's and more on an OCZ700 watt for a couple years with no problem.

I have to say SSD, then pick and choose a nice used motherboard for cheap. I run an OCZ agility 3 and it hasn't done anything wrong to me yet.

Don't get that PSU, OCZ's are much less reliable than brans like XFX, Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, NZXT Hale.

Couple part choices here
AMD 960T much better then the 840
212+ with dual 76.8 stock coolermaster bladmaster fans(means you need another one)
NZXT Source 210 ELITE case
XFX 650 power supply
Radeon 6870 gpu such as XFX dual fan 6870, or, GTX560Ti much much more powerfull then what you have listed and around the same price.
Gskil Ripjaw ram(dont bother with the 1866 memory one, just go 1600 as its rare you can run it at 1866+ anyways on an AMD system) Gskill ram ending in GBRL,GBXL,GBRM,GBSR etc, basically ripjaw, ripjawx, sniper SE, sniper SE low voltage. 1600 class 9,9,9,24 1.5-1.35v
Agility 3 120 or Cosair force GT or Crucial M4 all very good picks, the Agility is the slowest of them
