Building a PC for Video Editing - Adobe Premier CS4/5

After all the help I received from this forum , I finally put together and purchased my machine for video editing with Adobe CS4. The Computer is as follows:
· Intel Core i7 3930K 6 Core 12MB 3.2GHZ
· ASUS Sabertooth X79 ATX LGA 2011
· Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 LGA2011 Heatpipe Cooler
· Corsair Vengence Low Profile 16GB 4X4 DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24 Dual Channel
· Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6 Gbps HDD (OS/programs)
· Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 64 MB Cache HDD (media)
· Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 64 MB Cache HDD (pagefile/scratch/renders)
· Corsair Pro Series Gold 850W PWR SPLY
· Microsoft Windows 7 Pro
· Gigabyte GeForce GTX 570

I am now ready to fire it up and get things going but I have one last question as to how to actually set up/program the HDD as I have been recommended:
1) OS/Programs
2) Media
3) Pagefile/scratch/renders (not sure what this means)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will start a new thread for my last question so that I don’t complicate this thread with another topic.
