Default New Gaming PC

hi boys n girls
i been round and round about this thing,so i guess posted here will me decides which one better.
i gonna build this rig for gaming and bluray watching.right now what i can say i am gonna run this rig,
through HDMI 32inch led monitor.below are two design.any advice and opinion is much appriciated.

Just about everyone on here has the same standing on this question, AT THE MOMENT Intel is the way to go for gaming.

Go Intel and swap out that PSU for a corsair, seasonic etc.

should i change amd gpu to nvidia gpu?should there be any different?

AMD vs Nvidia is a personal choice. Myself I'm nvidia and always will be.

how about this PSU is it sufficient to run the rig? CORSAIR Professional Gold Series AX650watts

Pocket book plays a role here but personally depending on budget either a 560ti for shallow pockets.. or a 580 for deep.

TI DC TOP GeForce GTX 550 TI 192bit 1GB DDR5<----how about this one.
