I would go with 8gb of Gskill DDR 3 GBRL or GBXL 1600 speed kit, 4gb is enough, but 8gb can make a huge noticeable difference in gaming, ask a couple freinds of mine whom were having issues with BF3 untill they went to 8gb kits.

955BE is a very solid choice, I have mine paired up with a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ in push/pull with 2 of the stock fan, keeps the cpu very cool, and it overclocks very very well.

Motherboard. ASUS M5A99X EVO or ASUS M5A97 EVO, I would pay the extra for the A99X though, excellent motherboards, decently priced, and probably the best BIOS that you can get right now, among everything else.

Power, there is alot to choose from really, myself I have a Corsair HX750 and love it, another decent choice would be Corsair TXv2 750, NZXT HALE 85, XFX, or even Silverstone Strider.

GPU, I myself am not an Nvidia user, hate them with a passion, however, Radeon 6950 2gb sucxh as XFX dual fan overclocked(830 core) GTX 560Ti 448 core, Radeon 7900 series such as 7970 or 7950(due out by feburary)

I myself as a user only ever use a single gpu, so if it were me building it, I would pop a 7950 in there, or a good 6950, with the other parts, you`ll love it, it will be plenty fast.

Also what resolution monitor are you going to be using, 1680x1050, 1920x1080 60Hz or 120Hz?

I just wanted to post something I had noticed on another forum I frequent, up to you totaly if you take a look. This lad is selling 2 vid cards as well as an SSD, I know here at hadware canucks they have a listing of folks slling things as well, you might be able to get a real sweet deal that way if you choose.

Anyways, this link is to [H]ard ocp forums
FS: Sapphire 7970, MSI Lightning 6970, Intel X-25M G2 80GB SSD - [H]ard|Forum not meaning to break any rules, just figured this might help out some. BTW, the msi lightning 6970 brand new are around $380 not including tax/shipping, so this seems to be a very good deal, seeing as he said OBO, best of luck to you :)
