Dell dimension 5000 motherboard

Hello, i have just got an old dell dimesnion 5000, and its the bog standard kit, But the motherboard is, a little poo, so i was wondering if any one could help suggest a good motherboard to put into the case

i need atleast 6gb ram


(i've also noticed that the motherboard i have atm, is actually alot different because nowerdays motherboards are built different, so i've i need to drill out any holes or anything this isn't a problem
