Hi guyz,

Yestarday i was in the market to purchase Core i5-2400 but it was short and no chances for next 2 weeks but i then got Core i5 2320, but m not happy as it is lil bit below the line according to some specs:

vPro Technology: i5 2400 Yes i5 2320 No
Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d): i5 2400 Yes i5 2320 No
Intel® Trusted Execution Technology: i5 2400 Yes i5 2320 No
Bus/Core Ratio: i5 2400 31 i5 2320 30
Embedded Option Available: i5 2400 Yes i5 2320 No

Will it make some major differences in terms of gaming video rendering casual work surfing internet and photoshop???????

Yes it will make a difference, thing is how much for the cost.

You can only decide if it's good enough.

If its better than i3 2100 then its ok, cuz soon maybe after 2-3months, ill purchase i7 2600k, then wat u say?

Then what's the problem? You already purchased the chip and pretty much stuck with it. For sure it's better than an i3-2100 since it got more cache and can turbo boost. In a few months, you can probably buy a i7-3xxx (don't know if you need a new motherboard).

Yea, ryt and i7-2600k will be more enough and m aint going for extreme series as i just want good enough high end pc. So i should stick with i5

And yea i will also buy z68 board, maybe by MSI or Asus!!

If your going to get a 2500k or 2600k anyway then stick with what you have.
