My System Specs

Default New PC Build. Will it bottleneck?

CPU: core i5-2500k clocked to 4.0GHz
GPU: Asus ATI Radeon 6950 HD 2GB
MOBO: ASRock Z68 Pro3
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengance (4x4)
PSU: Corsair TX850 Modular

Is there anything that will bottleneck in this rig, cheers.

Some would argue the mobo and the gpu will but to be reasonable theres no bottleneck there.

For a single card use, I highly highly doubt there will be any bottlenecks, for 2 cards there might be as Z68(depending on boarD) does not feed to higher end gpus very well, but can work fine with dual X2 cards if they are both fed at 16x. 4 single gpu or CrossfireX or Quad sli that would most certainly bottleneck as the board cannot feed them well enough, for that you would be best served with an older X58 based or a newer Sandy-E based.

Single card, you would run out of clock speed or memory(Vram) limitations before you "should" run into any overall bottlenecks of the subsystem :)

And generally, just to point out, Nvidia does seem more pronounced to this then AMD, mainly do to the way thier cards operate, one likes fast non complex workstreams, the other slower more complex, so even if AMD cards are starved a bit, they still usually do ok more or less, Nvidia on the other hand, clock speeds of the cpu and proper feeding can make a significant performance impact that is easily noticed.

You should be more than fine.
Even in Dual GPU configuration.

you could add an nvidia card for physx processing. Tigerdirect.ca has some interesting Zotac offers around 60$ and a MSI GTS 250 for an amazing 30$.
